Beschreibung
Das Projekt PäKoLL ist eine nationale Zusatzstudie zur Längsschnittstudie EMW, in der es um die berufsspezifische Motivation und das pädagogische Wissen von Studienanfängerinnen und -anfängern, die Entwicklung dieser Motivation und dieses Wissens in der Lehrerinnen- und Lehrerausbildung sowie um die Faktoren geht, von denen diese Entwicklung abhängt. In der Zusatzstudie wird u.a. der Frage nachgegangen, inwieweit sich diese Motivation und das im Studium erworbene Wissen auf das pädagogische Handeln der Lehramtsstudierenden in ihrem Unterricht niederschlägt und sich in weiterer Folge auch auf das Lern- und Sozialverhalten und auf pädagogisch relevante Einstellungen der Schülerinnen und Schüler auswirkt.

The project PäKoLL is a national supplementary study to the longitudinal study EMW, which focuses on the profession-specific motivation and pedagogical knowledge of first-year students, the development of this motivation and knowledge in teacher education, and the factors on which this development depends. Among other things, the supplementary study examines the question of the extent to which this motivation and the knowledge acquired during the course of study are reflected in the pedagogical actions of student teachers in their teaching and, subsequently, also have an impact on the learning and social behavior and on pedagogically relevant attitudes of the students.
