Beschreibung
Based on data collected from foreign language (FL) teachers at all levels, this a-priori, cross-sectional study investigates the relationship between positive practices at work and teachers’ wellbeing. Additionally, their effect on FL teaching enjoyment and anxiety will be explored. The findings allow gaining a granular understanding of the interplay of the individual and institutional level and provide insights into how to help teachers, learners and institutions alike to thrive and flourish.
